About Us
Edward Carter has almost four decades of experience in business, including a substantial period as a partner in one of the world’s largest global accounting and advising firms.
He was also a co-founder of a PR and marketing services business which was ultimately sold. After joining the board of the acquiring company, he helped it through a public flotation and successful fund raising.
In terms of listed companies, Edward has extensive experience in public relations, including financial PR, corporate finance, especially in small cap listed companies and growing private businesses, acquisitions and disposals. He is currently chairman of the Audit Committee and non-executive committee of a listed company.
Edward has dealt effectively with many difficult and sensitive issues on behalf of clients. He is well equipped to resolve crises and ensure that the negative impact on the organisation is minimised.
